For Singapore, the rates cannot be found in the Nationwide Express website, it is as below:
< 500g : RM14.30 + RM30 (tax)
< 1kg : RM23.10 + RM30 (tax)
< 1.5kg: RM31.90 + RM30 (tax)
< 2kg: RM40 + RM30 (tax)

There may be tax impose by the destination country's custom, buyer will pay the tax which will be collected by the courier company. We'll usually send the parcel as gift so that tax can be excluded. (But sometimes it may happenned to have tax charged also)

For international purchase, a paypal money request will be sent to your email. You can pay using your paypal account or credit/debit card.
